LUMORF – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms (“Terms”) apply between LUMORF (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “brand”) and you, our valued customer (“You,” “Customer”), who access our content or make purchases via our website, sales channels, or any of the services we offer (“Service”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or placing an order. By accessing the website, confirming an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope and Parties
1.1. These Terms cover all online and in-store sales, membership systems, delivery, and return processes carried out under the LUMORF brand.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms unilaterally; all updates take effect upon publication.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1. Orders will be processed and prepared for delivery only after payment is confirmed.
2.2. Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, and designated digital wallets.
2.3. All prices include VAT; shipping fees may be added separately.
3. Delivery
3.1. Standard domestic shipping within Turkey is carried out within 3–7 business days. Additional time may be required for special deliveries.
3.2. Shipping updates and delivery notifications will be sent via email or SMS.
4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
4.1. In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to return your product unconditionally within 14 days from the date of delivery.
4.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service. Refunds will be processed once return conditions are met (e.g., original packaging, unused item).
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content, including the LUMORF logo, designs, text, and visuals, is the property of the Company and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from technical issues, force majeure, or shipping-related delays or damages.
6.2. Damages resulting from product use will be evaluated within warranty terms and product usage guidelines.
7. Privacy and Personal Data
7.1. Your personal data is protected in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and is processed only for order fulfillment, delivery, and marketing purposes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising between the parties will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
